Gorgi is committed to protecting your privacy. It is our policy that we will not sell any information that identifies you personally to any other company or third party organisation.

When you register, place an order, or request information with Gorgi you will be asked to submit personal details including name, mailing address, and phone number. With your permission we also collect your email address to keep you up-to-date with offers and promotions, and in confirming your order. When ordering we will also require your credit card information. This will only be used to charge your account for goods purchased. Should you encounter any difficulties, simply email us and we will attend to your query.

Returns and Exchanges

Gorgi is commited to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original paymet method. Please note we will not accept goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Postage is not refundable unless goods are found to be faulty, postage costs in relation to faulty goods will be fully refunded by Gorgi New Zealand.

Backorders

We endeavor to have full stock of most of our items, however as we select items from a niche design market we can encounter small delays in supply. In such circumstances the customer will be advised of the delay, the length of the delay and given product alternatives.
