Delivery Timeframes
Currently orders can be delivered within New Zealand, and to customers in Australia, USA, and the UK. Please note that orders are charged in New Zealand Dollars.
New Zealand orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving your order (excluding weekends). We will advise if the goods that you have requested are out of stock and give you the option of placing these on backorder with an estimated delivery timeframe. Furniture and larger items will be dispatched as soon as possible, please be aware that for these items timeframes are dependent on supplier. Delivery prices are charged subject to availability, charges for New Zealand are as follows:
We deliver FREIGHT FREE for all orders within New Zealand over $500.00 please note that this special offer excludes furniture and larger items.
Our delivery charges are based on size and weight of parcels. Please choose the correct delivery charge when processing your order to ensure that freight charges are kept to a mimimum. We have provided the list below to assist choosing your freight choice:

For orders within the Auckland Orewa to Bombay area freight charges are $5.00 per order.

For orders within the North Island to Wellington freight charges are $8.00 per order.

For orders to the South Island freight charges are $8.00 per order.

Items include: 1x Duvet Cover, Pillowcases, Oxfords, Tea Towels, Flat Sheets, Bed Wraps, Wall Art, Cot or Bassinet Blankets

We use two courier companies Fastway Couriers and Courier Post New Zealand depending on the customers destination address. We have a robust tracking system should any orders go missing in transit or remain undelivered within a time frames quoted. Each customer is sent an email once their order has been processed and despatched, this email details expected delivery timeframes, the company the order has been sent with, the orders tracking number and the freight companies website for easy tracking reference. In rare circumstances goods are misplaced on delivery, should this occur Gorgi New Zealand will replace and resend the goods with haste.

Delivery of International Orders
We supply international customers, we take great pride in the product selection we have and want as many of our global customers to enjoy our unique product range. International customers are exempt from paying New Zealand tax charges therefore products are priced with a deduction of 12.5% GST tax (this amount is deducted once your order is processed), please note that all prices on our website are inclusive of this tax. As there is such a broad range of shipping and freight charges we therefore supply all international orders with a quote prior to shipping, please note goods will not be sent until this quote is accepted by email. Orders can take up to 10-15 working days to arrive, please note that there may be additional charges at the goods destination address such as taxes, import duties that are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges generally need to be paid in full prior to goods being dispatched.

Once you have selected your chosen fabric swatches and have processed through to the Gorgi checkout page, please choose 'Cheque' as your payment option and Fabric Swatch Freight Free Delivery as your delivery option.
