Currently orders can be delivered within New Zealand, and to customers in Australia, USA, and the UK. Please note that orders are charged in New Zealand Dollars.
New Zealand orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. The website should only be displaying items that are currently available, unless otherwise indicated as being made-to-order. If by chance the goods you have requested are out of stock, we will be in touch right away to give you the option of placing these on backorder with an estimated delivery timeframe or offering a refund.
Courier Post and Fastway are our chosen courier companies, and we have a robust tracking system. Each customer is sent an email once their order has been processed and despatched, with the courier company and tracking number for reference.

Standard Shipping
Any product on the website, if not covered by a small parcel, includes:
cushions, duvet covers, baby merino blankets, quilts

Shipping is FREE for all orders within New Zealand over $500.00
Delivery of International Orders:
We do supply to international customers, and take great pride in global customers enjoying our unique product range. International customers are exempt from paying New Zealand tax charges therefore products are priced with a deduction of 15% GST tax (this amount is deducted once your order is processed), please note that all prices on our website are inclusive of this tax. As there is such a broad range of shipping and freight charges we therefore supply all international orders with a quote prior to shipping, please note goods will not be sent until this quote is accepted by email. Orders can take up to 10-15 working days to arrive, please note that there may be additional charges at the goods destination address such as taxes, import duties that are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges generally need to be paid in full prior to goods being dispatched.

Once you have selected your chosen fabric swatches and have processed through to the Gorgi checkout page, please choose 'Cheque' as your payment option and Fabric Swatch Freight Free Delivery as your
delivery option. This will enable our system to register and process your fabric swatch order at no charge.
