We tend to shy away from nursery rhymes here at Gorgi, but this artwork certainly is an exception! NZ Artist Nikki Apse has recreated Ten in the Bed visually in a playful, simple and contemporary way that certainly isn't age specific.
This fabulous pillowcase is hand printed using a charcoal water based ink by our very talented and much respected screen printers (based here in NZ of course). The charcoal colour, which is a little lighter than shown here in the picture, is versatile in that it will co-ordinate well with different colour palettes used in the room and on the bed. Add it to any of the Vintage Retro collection - it looks especially great with Dark Navy or Scarlet, or the Madder Red collection.
Gorgi's oxford pillowcases are designed with a 5cm sham or hemmed edge running along all four sides of the pillowcase (almost as if there is a frame surrounding the pillow inner).
Our pillowcases are all manufactured using premium grade 100% pure cotton percale, extremely soft, and comfortable with 300 threads per centimetre square, we only get compliments. To care for your pillowcase, machine wash on a cool temperature setting, using a rinse cycle if there's one available. Wash your cottons separately as other fabrics may pill and leave deposits. We do not recommend tumble drying, line drying is the preferred option.
