Returns and Exchanges
Gorgi is commited to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please email orders@gorgi.co.nz in the first instance so we can consider the best options for you.
Gorgi products may be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will offer an exchange or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Should the item be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
We may not be able to offer a refund on items that have been made to custom specifications, due to their bespoke nature, but we'll do our best to put it right.
