All Gorgi products are produced in New Zealand to the highest quality and attention to detail. We are confident with the quality of our products and know that you will enjoy them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return your goods within 21 days and we will gladly refund your purchase.

Goods returned to Gorgi are at the buyers expense, however if the goods are faulty Gorgi will arrange a refund or credit for the total cost of the postage.

It can be difficult at times to colour match over the internet. There are several ways that we can assist you prior to purchasing our goods, our swatch service is a great way to preview and colour match fabrics prior to purchase, there is no limit of charge for this service. If you are still unsure we are happy to provide an apro service, simply order  your goods as usual, if they are not what you are looking for send us an email and we will refund your purchase once goods are returned with no hassles. Now that's easy isn't it!
